All suppliers of Flooring products have a variety of T’s & C’s which one must strictly adhere to in order for their Warranties to be upheld in the event of a claim. These warranties are in most cases available on the suppliers website. The vast majority of T’s & C’s apply to the correct maintenance of the product so make sure you are fully acquainted with the requirements for the product you have chosen.
Please note: All procedures need to be carefully applied. Never rub vigorously plus only work from the outside of the stain/spill towards the centre. ALWAYS test any method or chemical on an obscure area first to ensure there is no adverse effect on the colour or product.
Carpets: Always treat the affected area immediately. The longer the spill sits there, the harder it’ll be to remove the stain.
Laminates: Avoid excessive quantities of water at all times. Use a properly wrung-out mop. Always dry afterwards.
VINYL PLANKS/TILES/SHEETING: Before placing any chairs or furniture on your new vinyl floor always check the condition of the legs so as to prevent any potential cuts or scratches.
BLINDS: The various types of blinds require specific instructions for cleaning and maintenance.
